Services Collocation Services Available at points of presence in Houston, College Station, Dallas, Waco, Austin and San Antonio. Facilities are well secured with robust power. LEARN can provide rack space, connection to other services and can arrange cross-connects to non-LEARN providers. These are also the POPs where connection to other LEARN network services are available. Dedicated Wavenet Services Dedicated high capacity services are available between the LEARN POPs in Houston, College Station, Dallas, Waco and San Antonio. Typical services are provisioned as 1 GigE or 10 GigE. Legacy OC-n is also available. Initial, non-recurring charges are variable and quoted on request based on service and city pair. Can connect to other Texas institutions and services. Can connect to National Lambda Rail's WaveNet Services, which provide dedicated or shared service nationwide. FrameNet Services Shared 1GigE FrameNet Services at each LEARN POP for virtual Ethernet service throughout the LEARN network. Layer 2 service supports client defined VPNs. May be used to connect to multiple sites in Texas. Also connects to NLR's National Exchange Fabric, available to any LEARN participating NLR member at no additional charge.
